| To stabilize the crude oil is the crucial step in oil filed exploration, and it is the major technical method to ensure the good quality, the safety of storage and transportation of crude oil, to reduce the loss and to provide light hydrocarbons to ethylene factories. Although the current oil stabilization equipment has been undergone adjustment and reform, according to the different development stages of oil fields, the designed size of the equipment of some zones are higher which were always running at lower-load; while at the same time, the capacity of the equipment in some zones are not enough and the oil production rate was affected because part of the oil in such zones cannot be stabilized on time. We reorganized and reformed the oil stabilization equipment at regional scale according to the oil production of different zones to match the oil production with oil stabilization capacity; such measures not only improved the oil stabilization rate but also solved the increasing of device failure rate as the extending of operating time, increased the light hydrocarbons production and reduced the security risks. |

| The stability of the crude oil is the key aspect in the oil field producing and an essential technique in assuring the quality of oil and safety of transportation, reducing the loss and offering light hydrocarbon for ethylene plants. Most stabilized devices of the crude oil built have been modified though, part of the devised formation for the stabilized equipment is on the high side, which has the device low-loaded performed sustainably. Also the short capacity of the device and the unstable processing of some scale of crude oil affects the stability rate of the crude oil. According different parts of oil yield, regional reasonable regulation and modification of the device are adopted, matching the oil producing and the capability of the oil stability. The methods told above improve the stability rate of the oil, meanwhile resolve problems, like increasing the rate of device fault caused by prolonging the performance time, increase the yield of the light hydrocarbon, and reduce the safety loophole, just using suitable selection of the stability technology. |
