Based on the present situation of analyzing the coating wastewater treatment technology at home and abroad

Through experiment and exploration, draw the following research results:
1) 100 mL 6% of polyferric sulphate solution, blending with 3 g poly two methyl two allyl of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride solution is used for paint wastewater treatment, can effectively remove paint sticky. the best prepared ratio of Anionic polyacrylamide is 1:3, the treatment agent prepared according to the process conditions and the formula can remove 91.5% paint in the waste water .
(2) suitable reaction condition for the preparation of water-soluble melamine formaldehyde resin: raw material ratio of n (3 get together the atmosphere amine) : n (formaldehyde) = 1:2, hydroxymethylation reaction (pH = 8 to 9, 40 min), acidic polycondensation reaction (pH = 3, 3 h), 70 ℃ .
