跟一般的数据相比,物联网数据总是大规模的、分布式的、时间相关的和位置相关的,数据的来源是各异的,节点的资源是有限的。
这些特征带来了很多集中数据挖掘的问题。
物联网数据庞大需要实时处理,若采用中央结构,则对硬件中央节点的要求非常高。
Data of the Internet of Things, comparing with normal data,  are always appearing as mass, distributed, time-correlated and location-correlated. Their sources are diverse. The Node resources are limited.
These characteristics brought plenty of  problems of concentrated data mining.
For requirement of real-time processing of mass data from the Internet of Things, the proposal of centralized structure utilization would demand high ability of  hardware central node(nodes?).

考虑到数据安全性、数据隐私、容错、商业竞争、法律约束和其他方面,将所有相关数据放在一起的战略通常是不可行的。
节点的资源是有限的。将数据放在中心节点的策略没有优化昂贵资源传输。在大多数情况下,中心节点不需要所有的数据,但是需要估计一些参数。所以可以在分布式节点中预处理原始数据,再将必要信息传送给接收者。
However, considering data safety, data privacy, fault-tolerance, commercial competition, legal restraint and other aspects, it is infeasible to centralize all related data as a strategy.
The Node resources are limited. The strategy do not optimize costly data transmission. In most cases, the central node does(the central nodes do) not need all data, but a few parameters are required to be estimated. Therefore, original data could be pre-processed at distributed nodes, after which necessary infomations could be transmitted to receivers.

Compare with common data, The data in Internet of things are always massive, distributive, time-relating and location- relating, also, the sources of data are distinctive and the resources of the joint are limited.
all of the features above bring in numerous problems about central data mining.
the enormous numbers in the internet of things need a real-time processing. So a pretty high demand will be needed if central construction is adopted.
Therefore, it is not a viable strategy to put all the relevant data together considering some aspects on data like, safety, privacy fault-tolerance, commercial competition, restriction of law and others.
The resources of the panel joints are limited. It doesn’t optimize the transition of the expensive resources to lay all the data on the central joint.  In most cases, the central joint doesn’t need all the data, but need to estimate some parameters, therefore, we can preprocess the original data in the distributive joint, then send necessary information to receivers.
