版纳微型猪近交系，是曾养志教授培育成功的世界上第一个微型猪近交系。2011年已进入26世代，近交系数达99.6%，分化形成不同表型和基因型的30个亚系，将为生物医学研究、异种器官移植、转基因动物及生物材料的研究和评价提供基因高度纯合、遗传背景清楚而又性状各异的大型哺乳类纯系动物。 Banna Mini-pig Inbred Line (BMI) developed by Pro. Zeng Yangzhi in Yunan Agricultural University, the first large mammal inbred line in the world, which will playing a important role in the field of biomedicine, xenotransplantation, biomaterials and functional genomics research. BMI has been selected for 26 generations and owned 30 substrains, whose inbreeding coefficient have been up to 99.6% by 2011. BMI is good enough to be used as experimental animals and biomaterials, owing to their highly homozygous and clear genetic background. |
