请问有投ICSSS会议的吗？论文被ISTP检索了吗？着急 已有1人参与

发了一篇论文在ICSSS2011上， 前几天，即3月16日收到邮件，说是被ISTP库检索了（CPCI/ISSHP） 但是附近学校都没有购买库,查不出来 看了网上的消息，说有的被检索又被退的情况 所以，如果被检索 那俺就赶紧跑个远点的学校 赶紧开个检索证明回来 郁闷不？ 万分感谢 |

With the data of economy, capital and labor over the period 1978-2008, the contribution rates of science and technology progress to Shaanxi economy are calculated by using Solow's residual method. And the contribution rates calculated in different phrases of 1978-1988, 1989-1999 and 2000-2008 are 27.16 %, 45.13% and 42.24. From the technological point of view, the corresponding policies are proposed for the sustainable development to Shaanxi economy and society lastly.
