Postdoc Position Membrane Development Water Desalination and Reuse Center A postdoc position is available to work on the development of new polymeric materials and membranes based on interfacial polymerization at the Water Desalination and Reuse, King Abdullah University (KAUST) (www.kaust.edu.sa), Saudi Arabia. KAUST is a world-class university in science and engineering and offers exceptional facilities for research, having some of the most advanced equipment for microscopy, nanofabrication, and nuclear magnetic resonance. A solid background in organic chemistry / polymer chemistry is required. Previous experience on membranes and interfacial polymerization is advantageous. The position is to work under the supervision of Prof. Suzana Nunes and Prof. Gary Amy (http://wdrc.kaust.edu.sa, http://npm.kaust.edu.sa), Water Desalination and reuse Center at KAUST aiming at applications in forward osmosis and nanofiltration. Applicants are requested to provide CV and 2 letters of recommendation to suzana.nunes@kaust.edu.sa. Deadline for application is April 15th. Starting date: June 1st, 2012.
