| 枇杷灰斑病是枇杷生产中最普遍出现的一种病害,因而准确地筛选出抗病性较强的枇杷品种成为目前迫切需要解决的问题。本实验通过分离纯化得到枇杷灰斑病病原物,并对其进行显微镜检查,还对枇杷灰斑病病害症状进行观察,从而实现对病原物的鉴定;以及利用针刺法接种病原菌到离体幼嫩叶片上,实现对枇杷的四个品种14个单株进行灰斑病抗病性研究。研究结果表明:(1)在病原菌悬液浓度为1.0×108cfu/mL时接种,各个品种间病情差异性大、病情表现明显,该浓度是适宜的菌液接种浓度。(2)在研究的这14个单株中,无免疫品种;其中香钟1号N39以及东湖早(2X)病情指数为16.67,为抗病(R)品种。本研究有利于推广抗病性强的枇杷新品种,并能有效减少枇杷灰斑病的发病率。 |

| Loquat gray leaf spot is a loquat production of the most common diseases, and thus accurately filter out the strong resistance loquat varieties as there is an urgent need to address the problem. In this study, obtained by separation and purification of loquat gray leaf spot pathogen, and microscopic examination of loquat gray leaf spot disease symptoms were observed, in order to achieve the identification of the pathogen; inoculated with pathogens and the use of acupuncture to isolated young leaves on-chip, 14 individuals of the four varieties of loquat gray leaf spot resistance. The results show that: (1) the pathogen suspension concentration of 1.0 × 108cfu/mL inoculation, large differences between the disease in various species, the obvious progression of the disease, the concentration of the appropriate bacteria inoculum concentration. (2) study of 14 individuals, no immune varieties; fragrant bell on the 1st N39 and East Lake as early as (2X) disease index of 16.67, and disease resistance (R) varieties.
