Correlations between IMT and CRP or Fg were investigated after controlling age, BMI and HOMA-IR by the multiple linear regression method. Utilizing α = 0.05 as the standard, IMT was found to be positively correlated with CRP and Fg. Correlation coefficients r were 0.114 and 0.126, and P values were 0.025 and 0.018, which significantly differ statistically (P <0.05).
Vascular endothelial injuries may exist in PCOS patients, which are highly subject to atherosclerotic vascular diseases and even early atherosclerosis potentially. |
