继上次申请加拿大University of Calgary失败之后，今天收到法国一个教授的邮件，邮件如下：
Sorry I am a few days late in answering your email, but I was travelling out of Toulouse. I appreciate your considering of doing a postdoc at our laboratory. I have discussed with a few colleagues and we are willing to make a proposal. We will let you know soon about a formal proposal.
不知道formal proposal是什么样子的，也不确定是不是offer，所以发上来让有经验的虫子帮忙分析一下，谢谢了！
