Dear Dr. Shi,

We have successfully generated output from the manuscript file sent to
our Editorial Office.  The manuscript is being processed and has been
assigned the accession code number cited above.  This code number
should be included in all future correspondence.

If your manuscript contains figures and you have provided electronic
files for them, they will be considered as originals.  There is no need
for you to send the original figures by postal or overnight mail.  If
you have provided FAX figures with this submission, please send
originals as soon as they are available by either emailing PostScript
files (preferred) or sending them by postal mail.

To avoid confusion and delay, DO NOT send further copies of the text of
the manuscript.  If you have already done so, contact us by email
immediately and indicate whether such copies should be processed
instead of the file we received electronically.

Once information concerning your manuscript has been put into our
database, the above code number may be used to obtain current
information regarding the status of your manuscript from the Author
Status Inquiry System (ASIS) at http://authors.aps.org/STATUS/  Note
that depending on workloads in the office and other factors, preliminary
processing may take one to several days, so that initially the
information available via ASIS may be very incomplete (e.g., only one
or two authors, incomplete title, no address or communications
information).  In this period, please do not be concerned and do NOT
send us requests to insert the missing information.

Submission in electronic format qualifies for a publication charge
discount (PRL) or waiver (PR A, B, C, D, E).  For information,
see http://forms.aps.org/general/mastpubchg-prl.html (PRL) or
http://forms.aps.org/general/mastpubchg-pr.html (PR A, B, C, D, E).
Acceptable formats for the discount or waiver are currently REVTeX
(preferred), LaTeX, Harvmac, Plain TeX, MSWord; with any figures provided
electronically (PostScript or EPS preferred).  Such submissions can make a
greater contribution to the speed and efficiency of our editorial-review
process by, for example, the automatic obtaining of metadata about the
manuscript for our database.

In the case of properly prepared REVTeX submissions, the file may be
used directly by our composition vendor for the production process,
with resulting savings of time and money, and reduced need for manual
changes to the file.  (While this may reduce the chances of errors
introduced in the production process, authors are still advised to
check proofs carefully, since some manipulation of the file is still
necessary.)  We encourage the use of REVTeX for future submissions or
for resubmission of the current paper when responding to the comments
of the referee(s).  Please find information on how to retrieve the
latest version of REVTeX at http://authors.aps.org/revtex4/

When resubmitting your manuscript in response to recommendations and
criticisms from the review process, or to present other corrections and
author revisions during the review process, the full file should be
resubmitted electronically, preferably via our web server at
http://authors.aps.org/esubs/  Sending the initial manuscript
electronically and a later modified version by postal or overnight mail
creates the risk of our having and using an obsolete electronic file.
