番荔枝科(Annonaceae)番荔枝属(Annona)植物约有120种,主要分布于美洲热带地区,少数分布于热带非洲,我国现有的6种番荔枝属植物均为从热带美洲引入栽培。本属植物含有番荔枝内酯(polyketides)、萜类、环肽及生物碱等多种成分,它们在抗肿瘤、抗疟、抗菌、免疫抑制、拒食及杀虫等方面具有较强的生物学活性。 密毛番荔枝(Annona densicoma Mart.)分布于南美洲亚马逊热带雨林,当地人称之为graviola-brava,常作为民间药物使用。前人从密毛番荔枝分离到8个polyketides成分,并证明其茎皮的醇提取物及其所含番荔枝内酯类成分体外试验对P388;A549;HT29等多种细胞瘤株有很强的抑制活性。 为进一步寻找其活性成分,本课题以采于秘鲁的密毛番荔枝茎枝为研究对象进行了化学成分研究。对干燥的密毛番荔枝茎枝6.5 kg进行粉碎,用95 %乙醇渗漉提取后,药渣再用95%乙醇进行回流提取,合并提取液,减压浓缩得浸膏,水混悬后,分别用二氯甲烷、正丁醇萃取,回收溶剂得二氯甲烷部分浸膏和正丁醇部分浸膏。针对二氯甲烷部分浸膏70g,采用正相、反相硅胶,Sephadex LH-20凝胶,MCI树脂等多种色谱方法对此部分的化学成分进行分离纯化。最终在此部分提取物中分离得到18个化合物,运用现代波谱技术鉴定了10个化合物,其中化合物原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid)为首次从该属植物中分离得到,另有7化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。其他化合物正在鉴定中,从1H-NMR以及13C-NMR数据分析其余8个化合物中均为番荔枝内酯类化合物。 |

Dense wool transportation (Annona densicoma Mart.) distribution in South America amazon tropical rainforests, locals call it graviola-brava, often used as folk medicine.
