[求助] 求翻译,关于电厂锅炉爆管的

The outside wall of running tube removal has thickand hard slag in the color of maroon. The failed tubesin several occasions had the same characteristics withlarge primary rupture, thin edge, ductile fracture and notiny crack on inside and outside wall. Besides, swellingwas found on the part of tube close to primary rupturewith expansion coefficient 6%. This rupture has typicalcharacteristics of short-term overheated rupture. Thetypical rupture is illustrated in figure 1.
The observation of metallographic microstructure was conducted on the large metalloscope Lec500. The result is shown in Figure 2.The brittle inclusion of SA213-T91 & SA213-T22 original tubes is lower than class 1 and ductile inclusion is less than class 0.5. The original microstructure of SA213-T91 tubes is tempered martensite, no ferrite island, grain size 11; The microstructure of SA213-T22 tube is ferrite + bainite,grain size 7-8.
To the SA213-T91 running tube, the microstructure basically keeps its previous tempered martensite characteristic. But alloy element diffusing occurs on part of right face accompanied by the acicular characteristic decrease and fine grained carbideprecipitation. To the SA213-T22 running tube, the microstructure is ferrite + carbide with a little bainite. It is arranged diffusely for the carbide inside of grain and arranged in chain for the carbide inside of interface.The structure has been at the stage of more seriousaging.The microstructure of SA213-T91 failed tube is long ferrite + carbide + island structure; and that of SA213-T22 failed tube is bright ferrite island + grainy bainite which is phase transformation product betweenthe phase of Acl ~Ac3.

      清理的透平管外壁有又厚又硬的紫酱色熔渣,几次不合常理的场合失效管特征相同:大的一次断裂,边缘薄,塑性破坏,且内外壁无小裂纹。除此之外,靠近一次断裂处出现膨胀,膨胀率为6%。该断裂有典型的短期热裂特征,如图1所示。
      用大型金相显微镜LEC500观察金相显微结构,结果如图2所示。SA213-T91 和 SA213-T22管脆性夹杂物低于1晶族,韧性夹杂物低于0.5晶族。SA213-T91管的原始显微结构是粒度11的回火马氏体,无铁素体组织;SA213-T22管的显微结构为粒度7-8的铁素体和贝氏体。
      至于SA213-T91透平管,显微结构基本保持其先前的回火马氏体特征,但右界面部分出现合金元素扩散的同时,针状特征减少且析出细粒碳化物。至于SA213-T22透平管,显微结构为铁素体和含有少量贝氏体的碳化物,晶粒内的碳化物分散排列,界面内的碳化物排成链,结构处于严重凹陷期。SA213-T91失效管的显微结构为长铁素体+碳化物+岛状物结构,SA213-T22失效管的显微结构为强铁素体组织和Acl 到Ac3相间的相变产物颗粒状贝氏体。
