The first report on the electrical conductivity of Hps(半紫菜嗪) established in 1972 their insulating character, with ó values, at 100°C, between 10-7 and 10-17 S cm-1 for 2, 42 and some other Hps(半紫菜嗪). Moreover, the variation of the conductivity of hemiporphyrazine(半紫菜嗪) 2 and its copper complex thin films compared to other macrocycles, on exposure to different gases, have been investigated. This study concluded that both compounds are inert to N2, O2, CO, CH4, SO2, CO2, H2, NH3, H2S, N2O, NO2/N2O4, NO, Cl2, and HCl. Only I2 vapors were able to enhance the conductivity of the metallomacrocycles, although the óRT values remained in the isolator range. These results were attributed to a poor bulk sorption and to the lack of surface chemisorption. 1972年首次有文献报道半紫菜嗪有电导性，其绝缘性，文献2和42及其他半紫菜嗪在100摄氏度下的欧姆值在10-7 到10-17 S cm-1之间。不同半紫菜嗪的电导性有差异，与其他大环类化合物相比，有人研究过铜复合薄层暴露在不同空气中的情况。此研究的结论是半紫菜嗪和大环类的化合物对N2, O2, CO, CH4, SO2, CO2, H2, NH3, H2S, N2O, NO2/N2O4, NO, Cl2, and HCl是惰性的，只有碘蒸气可以提高metallomacrocycle的导电性能，虽然欧姆值仍然在绝缘体的范围，作者归因于对气体弱的总吸附和缺乏表面化学吸附。 |
