While you may wish to provide your Session Organizer with a copy of your presentation or discuss the material you will be presenting at the event, you are not required to provide any further documentation to the site. If you do wish to contact your Session Organizer, you are requested to do so offline.
As the event progresses, you are encouraged to return to the site and ensure the correctness of the title, author(s) and abstract of the work you will be presenting since this information will be reflected in the final program.
