我想在catalysis letters 期刊投稿，当要上传word（2003版）文档的手稿（图及表均列在参考文件后面）及图文摘要时, 总是上传不上去，提示说：“We were unable to convert the file(s) you specified because we detected that a file that you tried to upload, Graphical abstract.doc, will not open on our server. Please check the FAQ's for supported file types. You can try the upload again or contact Support for assistance. The Support contact information and FAQ's can be found by clicking the "Get Help Now" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.” 请高手指教，急急急！！！ |
