为了加强碳排放领域技术、政策和管理方法的学术交流与探讨，北京交通大学定于2012年10月12日-13日召开2012低碳交通、低碳物流与绿色建筑国际学术会议（2012 International Conference on Low-carbon Transportation and Logistics, Green Buildings，简称LTLGB 2012），会议主题为“低碳背景下技术、政策与管理的融合”。
2012低碳交通、低碳物流与绿色建筑国际学术会议（LTLGB 2012）由北京交通大学主办，香港理工大学、香港中文大学、中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院、北京化工大学联合承办，本次会议受到国家自然科学基金委员会、教育部王宽诚教育基金会共同资助。2012低碳交通、低碳物流与绿色建筑国际学术会议（LTLGB 2012）不仅要促进学术界之间在低碳交通、低碳物流及绿色建筑等新兴领域的交流，更要推进政府和学术界在低碳交通、低碳物流及绿色建筑等新兴领域的各项交流。本次会议将为来自全世界的著名的学者和从业者提供一个交换观点和共同讨论的平台，通过此次会议，各方可以分享最前沿的信息，探求最新的降低碳排放的技术和管理方法，互换并实施新的观点。与此同时，本次会议也为学者和从业者凸显创新性研究方向和增加新技术应用提供一次最佳机会。
会议论文出版：
所有接收的论文缴纳注册费后将由Springe-Verlag出版，并将送交CPCI-S（原ISTP）和EI检索。至少一位作者注册并参会的优秀会议论文经扩充后将刊登在SSCI检索的国际学术刊物《International Journal of Shipping and Transport Logistics》与EI检索的国际学术刊物《Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences》上。

论文提交指南：

论文提交和Workshops/Sessions审核：
（1）所有Special Session论文须通过在线提交系统提交。
（2）组织者可以通过邮箱或在线提交系统联系、审核和接收论文。
（3）每一个workshop/session接收5篇以上论文。
（4）如果论文提交数量或论文接收数量或注册者数量少于4个，组织委员会有权决定是否取消Special Session/Workshop。
Workshop/Session组织者的支持：
（1）为表彰组织者为会议所做的贡献，组织者将被授予荣誉证书。
（2）如果Workshops/Sessions成果卓越，组织者（每个workshop中的一名组织者）将享受：
●如果workshops/sessions中至少6名作者支付注册费，则免去一个注册费（一篇论文）。
●如果workshops/sessions中至少15名作者支付注册费，则免去一个注册费（一篇论文）和食宿费（三星级以上酒店，最多3晚）。

Conference Introduction：
In order to strengthen academic exchanges and discussions on the fields of the technology, policy and management of carbon emission, 2012 International Conference on Low-carbon Transportation and Logistics, Green Buildings (LTLGB2012) will be held on 12-13 October 2012 in Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China. The theme of the LTLGB 2012 is “The Integration of technology, policy and management in a low carbon world”.
LTLGB 2012 is hosted by Beijing Jiaotong University, cooperated with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science (Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Beijing University of Chemical Technology and sponsored by NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) and K. C. Wong Education Foundation. The aim of the meeting is to promote not only the communication between researchers but also the communication between government and researchers in low carbon transportation, low carbon logistics, green buildings. The LTLGB 2012 will provide an idea-exchange and discussion platform for the world’s researchers and academia, where internationally recognized researchers and practitioners share cutting-edge information, address the hottest issue in low carbon transportation, logistics and green building, explore new low carbon technologies and management methods, exchange and build upon new ideas. And meantime the conference will also provide researchers and practitioners an opportunity to highlight innovative research directions, and a growing number of novel applications.
Conference Publication：
All accepted papers will be included in the main conference proceedings published by Springer-Verlag if the registration fee was paid, the proceedings will be submitted for indexing, such as CPCI-S（ISTP）and EI. Selected high-quality presented papers will be invited to submit the revised and expanded version to be considered for publication in SSCI journal International Journal of Shipping and Transport Logistics and EI journal Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences.

The LTLGB 2012 conference solicitously invites original contributions on all relevant topics related to low carbon transportation, low carbon logistics and green building, including, but not limited to:

Paper Submission Guidelines:
Manuscripts should be electronically submitted at the conference website: https://www.ltlgb.org . All relevant information and the submitted paper must be written in English. Both full research papers and work-in-progress reports are welcome. Authors are required to certify that theirs paper represent original work and is previously unpublished elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to any other conference, workshop or journal is strictly excluded. The manuscript must be submitted in the required format (a Microsoft Word and LaTeX templates are available on the conference website). Proposals for workshops/sessions should contain:
(1) Title of Workshops/Special Sessions
(2) Scope and Topics
(3) Profile of Session Organizer(s) (including his/her photo)
(4) Contact Info. (E-mail address and Phone Number)
Paper Submission and Review of Workshops/Sessions:
(1) All Special Session papers should be submitted through the online submission system.
(2) Workshop organizers can collect, review and accept the papers using their emails or other online submission systems.
(3) Each workshop/session can accept more than 5 papers.
(4) If the number of submissions OR the number of accepted papers OR the number of registered participants is less than 4, the organizing committee will be free to decide whether to cancel the Special Session/Workshop or not.
Support for Workshop/Session Organizers:
(1) The organizers will be awarded a framed certificate for their contributions to the conference.
(2) If Workshops/Sessions are constructed successfully, the organizer (ONLY ONE organizer per workshop) will enjoy:
●One free registration (one paper) if at least 6 authors within the workshops/sessions paid their registration fees.
●One free registration (one paper) plus free accommodation (three star or above hotel, max 3 nights) if at least 15 within the workshops/sessions paid their registration fees.
Proposals Submission:
The organizers should submit their proposals to gwhua@bjtu.edu.cn (Guowei Hua) and xuliang@bjtu.edu.cn (Liang Xu) before May 1, 2012.
