谁给看看，这封信算是接收函吗？

背景是第一次大修，第二次小修。小修后刚submit就收到这样的邮件，算是接收函吗？关键是收到以后没两天就evaluating reviews的状态有一个月了，还是没有再收到任何邮件。如果是接收函还好，如果不是想催催，应该怎么办呢？ Dear .。。, Your manuscript entitled "。。。" has been successfully submitted online and is presently being given full consideration for publication in 。。。.
