申请DS2019表要提交的材料

终于对方秘书给我发信了，跟我要写材料，可是我不懂该怎么办办什么，谢谢各位了！ Please be advised that I need to know who is sponsoring you while you are in the U.S. and how much you will be paid per month. This amount must be listed and converted to U.S dollars. The guarantee can be in the form of a letter from your university stating your salary, personal bank statement of funds, etc. This is an Affidavit of Financial Support. You can send it to me as a pdf attachment or mail it to my attention. Please note that you'll need to prove that you have the following funds available: yourself $1,200.00USD/month, spouse $600.00USD/month, each child $350.00USD/month, total $2,150.00/month. You'll purchase your own health insurance from Penn State University's health insurance offices. The Affidavit of Financial Support can be sent as a scanned pdf. doc. as well |
