Today is a rainy day. How long is it? Sorry,I can't remember.
Last Sunday, our team failed a basketball game. However, players tried all best.

Its better to accept your "failure" as a part of life and a learning experience.
NEVER use the word "failed".
Do not show that you are beating yourself up over the failure.
Tell yourself that you learned from it and have to move on.
Tell or discuss with friends what you have LEARNED from the situation.
It teaches you how to deal with the same (or similar) situation should it occur again.
