关于转录组分析的文献 翻译成中文 可能要各位大侠多花点时间看看

有的是明白什么意思，但是要翻译成中文文献，不知道怎么组织语序比较好，所以也放上来请大家帮帮忙。谢谢大家 了。 1、functional category enrichment of transcriptome data; 2、pair-plots of intensities reveald a high Pearson correlation coefficient (>0.9,p<2.2c-16); 3、we identified 434 genes at 12h and 854 genes at 18h as significantly differently expressed(more than two folds)genes.主要是括号里的不知道怎么翻译； 4、The transcriptome data were analyzed based on diverse sources of gene functions two computational tools including MIPS and T-profiler analysis.(T-profiler是什么？在提到这个profiler的时候常提到一个T-value指的又是什么呢） 5、 exhibited a significant enrichment in functions of metabolism.这里enrichment怎么翻译呢 6、cell type /cell type differentiation /cell type localization/cellular 7、cell cycle、protein fate/cell fate/cell virulence/cellular communication/cellular transport 8、 SinR-Negative和SinR意思一样吗？应该指的是基因序列，翻译的时候有必要翻译成中文么？ |
