Key Responsibility • Provide excellent daily support to Volvo users worldwide to protect on-going business. • Proactively identify improvement areas including system, business process and IT support process. • Monitor system performance. • Continuously improve system functionality and performance and related processes. • Responsible for system version upgrade activity. • Regularly communicate with business users and customers about service level, business requirements and seek feedback. • Develop and enhance IT service management processes. • Analyse business requirements and provide sound system solutions. Main competence requirements Familiar with MS SQL server and web based development such as .Net, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript and development tools such as Visio Studio. Good at in WCF/Web services Good sense on knowledge management.good sense of customer service. Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people with diverse culture background. Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility. Good thinking and problem solving skill, the ability to deal with ambiguity. Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure. Good learning agility. A good team player. Good business writing skills. Excellent oral and written English skills Bachelor degree. |
