[交流] 第一次投SCI就是这个结果？已有18人参与

IJICIC：International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control
这个日本的SCIE期刊，第一次投稿，辛辛苦苦写了这么多字的Cover letter,周六晚上投出，周日中午给我回话：
