[求助] 数学类的杂志，哪一个SCI录取率比较高？

我们学校规定的期刊较多（见后文），请问哪一个好发？。
   我从中挑选了2个(我以为好发，因为在网上发现有中介代理可以代写代发，但我不想这样做，害怕名声丢失+损失金钱（遇到骗子）)

1、《Computers and Mathematics with Application》
坛子里，有坛友说：录取是100%，是不是真的是这样。只要投稿，一定被录取？

2、《Mathematical and Computer Modelling》
坛友说，这个期刊的录取率不高，审稿也较慢，请问是否真的是这样？

3、下面的期刊，还有好发的不？
