Thank you upstair for you kind assistance. There are six ediitors. I don't know who is the handling editor of my paper since the elesivier system did not notify. I would like to ask editor directly for the progress of my paper. Anyway I will wait until 4 months (now 3 months and 6 days).
In my opinion, you can not know who is dealing with your MS before the decision letter is finalized. Perhaps you can directly send email to Editorial office.
