拟制备表面包覆TiO2的多层ZnO纳米棒阵列结构,研究载流子在核壳结构表界面及内部的电荷传输和分离机制,揭示其构效关系规律。该新型多层ZnO纳米棒阵列及其复合结构的研究可以为制备其它新型多层结构材料,以及设计高效率的DSSC提供理论依据和实验支持。

(this work) intended to prepare multilayer ZnO nanorod arrays structure with TiO2 coated on the surface, study charge transfer and separation mechanism of the carriers in sub-interface and internal of core-shell structure, and reveal the regularity of its ctructure-activity relationship. This New multilayer ZnO nanorod arrays and its composite structure provide a theoretical basis and experimental support for preparation of the new multi-layer structure materials, as well as the design of high efficiency DSSC.
