Besides, he should have the ability to lead a research team. Research directions: machine design and manufacture, precision / super-precision machining, MEMS, mechanical & electrical system control and automation, industrial robot technology and so on. Requirements: The interviewer should received his PHD degree from famous university abroad, have 3-5 years working experience abroad, and outstanding research achievements or be experienced in engineering. |
