这个会议前几届都好像是由东京工业大学应用陶瓷研究所主办，每年一次。今年是物质结构研究所组织。地点基本都是在横滨。前几届stac会议，论文都是投到Materials Science and Engineering: B, IF 1.5。但是要经过审稿，虽然很少，但是如果论文质量太差，也存在拒收的。今年的主页上写的under consideration. 摘要截稿 3月10日，感兴趣的同学注意一下。
