| 随着国家安全文化建设的整体推进和企业文化建设的深入发展，现代工业企业的经营者们都越来越关注企业未来的发展方向和前途，越来越重视企业安全文化的作用，在一定程度来相信通过安全文化建设可以推动企业的近一步发展和不断壮大，于是，企业安全文化建设逐渐成为企业形象的标志，成为促进企业生产持续发展的保障和动力，成为企业向心力和凝聚力不断增强的重要力量。本文首先介绍安全文化的起源及基本概念，引申到企业安全文化发展的现状，通过对现存问题的分析，提出自己的看法和建议，以期以后对其进行深层次的探索。 |
