what's yours favorite vegetable?

Vegetable is a very common food in our daily three meals. they contains many kinds of substances that are good to our health. like chilli, potato, cabbage, carrot, spinach,etc. a teacher on the video said that there is nothing in the world like garden tomato. they taste so nice ...so meaty ,if a vegetable can be so meaty that is what garden tomato can be ! though they dont look as pretty as the one in the grocery.but who can make sure there is no pesticide on the grocery tomato. the teacher must like the organic tomato very much!! what's your favorite vegetable ? why you love it ?(in fact ,I dont like have the vegetable! | i like the topic. when i thought back, i find myself favor the vegetables only while i was a kid , so i had been so thin and undernutrion. anyway, although i began to ingest some meats after i entered the senior school, the vegetables are still my preferences. in my daily life, i like the green vegetables ,cauliflower,Chinese yam,tamato,carrot, and all kinds of mashrooms. as a girl, i believe in the theory that vegetable is beneficial to our health and figure. in fact , i always hate the meat that i can not eat too much in order not to be disgusted. i really suggest everybody can reduce the amount of meat them eat, because i sometimes will image the pain these animals go through when them were killed by human. i think it is unfair for them being desitnied to be eaten. |

I am agree with you about that killing much more animal caused by more meat eaten by human-being is unethical. And several days ago, I also saw a similar topic proposed online in TED website, but it was more related to genetically modified food whether it result in detrimental effect on public health. |

 yes,i agree with you,the vegetable is very important in our daily life. my favorite vegetable is potato. no matter how it is cook ,i like it ,nothing could change it . although someone say 'eat too much can get too fat ',i also like .however ,other people say 'you can lose weight,if you make potato staple food'. i don't konw who is right ,but i also like potato.  |
