四个月了，等？撤稿？ 已有8人参与

做信号处理方向的，在springer期刊 “Journal of Signal Processing Systems” 上投稿一篇论文已经快四个月了，还是“Editor Assignment Pending”状态，崩溃！还有必要等吗，还是撤稿改投？请各位指教！附上两封编辑部的回复供参考： 1、2012/02/21 收到： Dear Mr. ××××, Thank you for your email. Viewing the system from here, I can confirm that your manuscript is still with the assigned editor. He is still in the process of inviting reviewers for the peer review process. I know that you have waited long already and necessary actions have been taken for your submission. Reminder letters have been sent to the editor to help speed up the peer review process, and I have also forwarded your concern to the assigned editor for their comments on this matter. 2、2012/02/22收到 Dear Mr. ×××, Thank you for your response. We regret that the peer review is taking a long time. Please be informed that most journals aim to communicate decisions to authors within approximately four months of submission, but the availability and responsiveness of the invited referees is a big factor that affects the duration in which the report can be completed. Reminder letters have been sent to the editor and reviewers to help speed up the peer review process. |
