I give up my right to elect deputy to the People's Congress

Though our country is a democratic country,and I have been a adult six years,this is the first time I was given the right to vote the deputy to the People's Congress. But I decided to give up my right to elect deputy to the People's Congress today. I don't know what do you think about this. But I think the election is beyond my ability to konw who is the fitest to this place. Our country(县) have hundreds of thousands of people. We can just elect from limited numbers. And how the limited numbers have been confirmed is still a question. I think my right of democracy should within my capacity of comprehend.
