[交流] 文章催稿，悲剧了，但是理由太荒唐，该怎么办已有7人参与

投了一票文章， 5个月了，显示“required reviews completed” 一个月了，发催告信，这么回的：我该怎么办，用申诉吗

Due to an error in our system, your paper was incorrectly listed with a status of "Required Reviews Complete." We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, at this point we have been unable to secure substantial reviews on which to base an editorial decision, and thus, a final decision term of reject is being issued for this submission. The aims and scope of the journal have recently been revised and can be found at http://www.elsevier.com/locate/camwa. Please note that a new Editorial Board is in place, and that this action is being taken by an administrative assistant.
