What is ultimately constrained is refinery profitability. When there is insufficient hydrogen quantity or purity then charge rates, the processing of more difficult feeds, or product quality are limited and refinery margins are reduced.  When sufficient hydrogen is available then the impact of inefficiencies will be higher operating (hydrogen production) costs.

不管怎样,提炼利润率最终都会受到限制。当氢含量及纯度不足时,充电率下降使得feed(ps. 不知道这个专业名词如何翻译)的处理难度增加,从而导致生产质量受限而使提炼利润降低。而当有足够的氢时,影响低效率的那些因素又会增加制氢所带来的更高的生产费用。

最终限制炼化厂的是盈利能力。当氢数量或纯度不高时,充电速率、更加困难的进料进程或产品产量都将受限,从而炼化厂的利润下降。当有足够的氢时,无效的影响相比操作成本(制氢)来说更重要。————可能是指相比成本来说更关注制氢的能力-效率高低,xiexie!
