Abstract:In this article,we discussed the realistic meaning of cultivating local people with applied talents,considering the combination of production,study,research and application,and we proposed that the academy of agriculture and biology technology should innovate on training pattern,enhance practice teaching,building the teaching faculty according to "Double Skilled Teacher" criterion and develop the clue that science and technology should serve the local people.The practice should be in accordance with teaching,the innovative spirit should be sustainable.
