关于阴极荧光（Cathodoluminescence）的问题请教

You get epitaxially grown diamond from a colleague to perform SEM imaging as well as cathodoluminescence in the SEM. Below, you see an SE image of the surface of the diamond film. The diamond grains grow in a (100) orientation on the Si substrate. They are separated by small angle grain boundaries. We positioned the focussed electron beam in between the small angle grain boundaries and acquire the CL spectrum below： b. With the help of literature, try to identify the peaks in the spectrum below？  CL spectrum taken on small angle grain boundary（晶界）, 峰位大约在540nm左右有个小峰，在570nm有个大峰 |
