[资源] 热塑性复合塑料薄膜拉伸性能测试标准ASTM ,GB(新学期巨献,涵盖了所有的参考标准)

前面看到版块N 多虫友求助拉伸测试的标准怎么查,还有拉力机的参数怎么设定,拉伸数据怎么分析,这里帮虫友做一个详细的归纳,希望对大多数人有用。

This test method covers the determination of the tensile properties of unreinforced and reinforced plastics in the form of standard dumbbell-shaped test specimens when tested under defined conditions of pretreatment, temperature, humidity, and
testing machine speed.
1.2 This test method can be used for testing materials of any thickness up to 14     mm (0.55 in.). However, for testing specimens in the form of thin sheeting, including film less than 1.0 mm (0.04 in.) in thickness, Test Methods D 882 is the
preferred test method. Materials with a thickness greater than 14 mm (0.55 in.) must be reduced by machining.
1.3 This test method includes the option of determining Poisson’s ratio at room temperature.
试样形状及尺寸
标准中规定使用四种类型的试样,1,11, III 型为哑铃形试样。见图1~图3。工V型为长条型试样,宽度
10^25二,总长度不小于150二,标距至少为50 mm,见附图详细标注:
