[求助] MMOR reject and resubmit

For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below.
Thank you for your submission to MMOR. Unfortunately, the reviews were not positive, and I must reject the paper, though I encourage you to re-submit it if you can address all comments in a revision.

Two additional comment that you must address are:
1. You must demonstrate how your work fits into the current body of work. I noticed that the most recent reference is from 2007 (with only one more newer than 2000). That makes me wonder how timely and of general interest your work might be.
2. Machine scheduling is a well-know problem in the operations research, and is typically solved using integer programming. This approach can handle problems that are far more complex than the simple examples that the game theory literature solves theoretically. How does your work relate to that body of work, and what new insights can you offer. Note that in practice, integer programming has been used for decades to solve these and other operational planning problems in industry.

Overall the results in the paper merit publication. The extensions considered in the
paper are important - specially in Section 3. I have one major concern for the paper - its
exposition needs to be better. Specially, Section 3 is very loosely written. For instance, it
starts with“chain precedence constraint”without formally defining it. It is not clear what
a“Sidney-component”is. Definition 1 is a mess - it can be improved by breaking it up into
small bits. Theorem 6 has an incomplete sentence (the last sentence ends with the word
“under”).
If the writing in Section 3 is improved, I have no hesitation in recommending acceptance
of this paper.
