The dry weather.

It has not snowed or rained for about three months. This makes the air very dry, it was reported by a local news paper that, the relative humidity in one afternoon was only 10%. You know, we human beings like the value of between 40% to 60%. The lasting dry weather makes it easier for the soil to become into dust in the air. Yesterday, it winded, we could feel the smell of soil everywhere, the desk and the floor were both covered with a think film of particles. The weather in the past half year was not normal. Last autumn, it has not rained for about 120 days, followd by raining for 20 days, both are rare for a city in the North China Plain. Of course, we know that in another faraway city of Kunming, it also has not rained for a long time, no water exists in some lakes. Hope this will end in a shorter time. |
