Ph.D scholarship in Computational Biology, Nanyang Tech. Univ. at Singapore 已有1人参与

The following position will be available until this April, unless being filled by someone. A Ph.d fellowship is available in Dr. Lu Lanyuan's group at Division of Structural Biology and Biochemistry, School of Biological Sciences (SBS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Applicants for fall 2012 should have a Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, physics or other relevant areas before Aug, 2012. GRE/TOEFL scores are necessary for those whose native language is not English. However, there is no minimum score requirement for the English tests. Dr. Lu joined SBS/NTU on Sep 1, 2011 and his research interest lies in the field of computational biology. The research projects will focus on biomolecular modeling and simulation, in which physical principles and mathematical tools will be combined with the state-of-the-art supercomputer hardware at NTU to study a variety of biological systems such as membranes and proteins.
