聚乙烯材料分子的拓扑结构是影响其物理及应用性能的决定性因素,精确控制聚乙烯材料分子的拓扑结构是制备尖端功能化聚乙烯材料的核心内容。本项目提出采用链行走催化剂通过一步法合成树枝状聚乙烯,并对其拓扑结构进行精确控制。在合成系列α-二亚胺后过渡金属链行走催化剂的基础上,研究其催化乙烯聚合过程的动力学,建立链行走催化剂催化乙烯聚合合成树枝状聚乙烯的聚合动力学模型。通过调节催化剂的结构和聚合反应条件,从而调整控制乙烯单体插入速率Rins和催化活性中心沿链行走速率Rwalk,实现对聚乙烯拓扑结构的精确控制,明确催化剂结构和聚乙烯拓扑结构的构效关系。本项目有助于加深对聚乙烯拓扑结构控制的理解,对于开发新型功能化聚烯烃材料具有理论价值和实际意义。

The topology of the polyethylene molecules is the decisive factor affecting the physical and application performance, controlingl of the topology of the polyethylene molecule Precisely is the core content of the preparation of cutting-edge features polyethylene.This project uses the chain walking catalyst by one-step method to synthesize the dendritic polyethylene, and  controls  its topology precisely. On the basis of the synthesis of  alpha-diimine  series chain walking catalyst,we can tudy the kinetics of ethylene polymerization process  and Set up the chain walking catalyst catalytic polymerization of ethylene polymerization kinetics model . Through the adjustment of the catalyst structure and polymerization conditions , the Rins of ethylene monomer  and  the  Rwalk of catalytic activity center  can be adjusted ,thus the precisely control of polyethylene topology can be realized  ,and it  makes the relationship between structure and catalytic polyethylene topology structure-activity  clear. This project will help to deepen understanding of polyethylene topology controljing,also it has  the theoretical value and practical significance for the development of new functional polyolefin materials. 参考一下
