求助在 IEEE Transactions on Image Processing上发表论文的问题

NOTE: The review process will not begin until the all required ite***isted below are provided. If they were not provided they can be sent to Kathy Jackson at k.jackson@ieee.org or your manuscript will be unsubmitted. 1) A Single Column Double Spaced version (30 pages or less for regular papers, 12 pages or less for correspondence papers). See the extract of the Information for Authors below; 2) A Double Column Single Spaced version; 3) You will need to email me a .pdf file for each of the references listed in your paper that have NOT YET been published or otherwise hard to access for reviewers. Once received, I will upload them for you on Manuscript Central as supporting information so that it can be accessible to reviewers. Or you can do so when uploading your new paper. 4. Both formats are required for a new submission. IMPORTANT: Please name the files according to how they are numbered in your list of references: For example, files for the following imaginary references: [2] Author name, Title, Journal, etc. [11] Author name, Title, Journal, etc. [14] Author name, Title, Journal, etc. Would be named: REFERENCE_2.pdf REFERENCE_11.pdf REFERENCE_14.pdf 这段话什么意思，是要我再提交两次上面所要求的格式的论文吗，在哪里提交呢，求高手指点下啊？ |
