gambit启动不了，求各位解决！！！

启动gambit时出现下面错误信息，但是fluent可以正常打开，求各位大神帮忙解决啊，重装了几次还是这样！！谢谢！！ Locating Exceed installation ... Launching Exceed 10 ...
