[资源] AM:耦合电沉积制备选择性基底,制备LbL多层结构

应用在生物传感器领域。
They demonstrate the coupling of electrodeposition and LbL assembly to electroaddress bioactive fi  lms within a covered fluidic device. Electrodeposition is programmable (i.e., spatially and temporally controllable) and provides the template that confers spatial-selectivity to LbL assembly. LbL provides the benefits of allowing precise control of film thickness and the incorporation of labile biological components (e.g., proteins). As a proof-of-concept, we assembled a model enzyme at an electrode surface to demonstrate facile electrochemical biosensing. These results indicate that the coupling of electrodeposition with LbL assembly provides a simple and potentially-generic means to assemble biological activity at specific addresses for lab-on-a-chip applications.
