what does work mean for you

| Work is really a challenge for us, I just work at a pharmaceutical factory less than 4 month, through the time is short, but I can feel that so many things are complex. I have no experience before, so most time my manager don't believe me (I guess), every day I do a lot of things, but the results belong to my team leader. Now our company is in a special time, everyone must work hard for company's further, everyday we must work till 9:00 pm then have a meeting till 10:00, when I get home, it is already 10:30 pm, it is really tired, but on the other hand, Now it is a very good chance for me to improve my work ability quickly. I can feel that every day, I am growing. 4 month ago, I know the word's meaning, but I can hardly type it on the computer, because I don't remember how to spell them. Now, within few minute, I can write these sentences. I feel fulfilling because every day is busy and every day. I hope everyone here can enjoy your work, don’t complaint, you see it as a part of your life, you will feel easier. |

I'm sorry to hear your hard work, but i can feel your satisfaction when you said you've learned a lot from your four-month job. I think you are totally right. I used to work in a restaurant in vacation. At first, i did everything positive. Several days later, i just felt so tired that i can hardly move a step. I cann't even feel my own arms and legs in those nights when finishing a whole day's work. Then My mother asked me,"How can you hope for a better life if you can not hold on in such an ordinary situation?" Things begun to work better soon. I tried my best every moment and started each day as it was a wonderful day. I kept telling myself" Hold on, you can do anything as you want." One month later, i got 900 yuan for my job. But that's not what i care about any more. I leared so much from the 30 days experience. And i believe this is and will be a priceless wealth for my career. So no pains, no gains. |

I had a similar experience on working in a restaurant by one month when i was senior 3 student.Though hard work ,i got my page by my diligence.I was happy because i owned so valuable memory which have unique effect on my life!  [ Last edited by 0813010040 on 2012-2-14 at 16:53 ] |

You will do better in your work because you have a positive attitude, hope you will enjoy your future work, many people say that the first work is very important for a person, beacuse it will affect your rest work and life, I don't know whether it is right or wrong, but I know for a student ready to work, the first work is really very important. I graduate from campus in 2010, first year after I graduated I work at a school as a teacher because my family and my boy friend all think teacher is good work for a girl, so I accept, after I get to the school, you know in such really society, a formal work is really very dificult for me, I am just a temporary teacher, I work hard because the president promise me to give me a formal position. After one year hard work, all the teachers and president do support me to stay, but I don't have enough money and the relations, so I cann't stay, now I choose another job, though now it is really hard to me, but every day I feel that I am growing and improving, everything to me is new, I have to start from zero, and I believe that I can get what I want after my hard work. I hope you can go well on your first work, good luck for you! |

My job, in fact I don't know how to express my feelings toward it. I guess my current job is only a wge-gaining assignmnt for me. It's different fom what I have imagined, but I have to suffer since I want work experience as well as the salary. I know I shouldn't sound cynical because I am not the only one who struggles. I always have one saying pushing me forward: Everything is going to be alright in the end; if it's not alright, it's not the end. So I hope we all get satisfying jobs. |
