[交流] 昨天投了8个，有三个回复。

本人2011年6月在一所非211省属重点大学博士毕业，然后留校任教。博士期间的方向为OLEDs，其中发表的一作6篇(IF两篇大于4，其余的大于3)，在投3篇，2个授权专利。最近想去做博后，然后根据一些好的杂志中的通讯作者，海投。昨天第一次海投8个，有两个回复。想请教一下这样的是否急于去回复或者提要求什么的？请有经验的指点一二，谢谢。我也想申请奖学金，不想看外导的脸色。

其中一个韩国的问了几个问题，他的工作做的还不错：
I have a few questions about you.
1. Why do you want to work in my lab? Do you have any information about my lab?
2. How long do you want to stay?
3. Are you single or married?
4. What kind of topic are you interested in?
5. Please send me your Ph.D thesis as a pdf file.
6. What is the purpose of your postdoc in Korea? Are you interested in having a job in Korea?

另外一个英国的很年轻1977年出生的，回复是不是敷衍？
Thank you for considering my group as a potential place for a research position.
Your profile is very interesting to me has you have worked on both the synthesis of phosphorescent emitters and on liquid crystals, two of my favourite topics.

As you will see from my new email address, I very recently moved to UK to start a new independent research group. This means that unfortunately I don't have any post-doctoral (or equivalent) position open at the moment.

However if you are still interest to join me in UK and willing to look for your own funding, I will be more than happy to help you for a fellowship application and host you if successful.

Possible funding scheme could be for exemple the Newton Fellowship form the Royal Society (just opened for call) or a Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship (call not open yet, you could look at requirements in previous calls)
I expect there are some fellowship available from China as well?
