求助投稿的Decision Letter的一句话的意思

在第一段中，allentrack是什么，他们想要的'off system'是什么 后两段主要是要求我在修改稿子的时候提供两个copy，一个是带有修改的WORD文档，请问我要不要在这个文稿中是修改后用别的颜色凸显一下，还是像他说的用工具栏中的“修订”标签进行修改。但是他又说用“修订”标签修改时会出现一定问题，要求我用off system，off system是什么东西？上网查也查不到啊。 还有一个是要求我对每个评审意见进行回答，这个应该没啥特别的，一个一个回答就行了。 In order to speed the process of the revised version, in parallel to the revised version that you will send directly to the American Mineralogist via allentrack, I will appreciate receiving 'off system' 1 - a copy of the revised manuscript with annotations including all modifications that have been made (use for instance the 'Track and Highlight Changes' tool in Word). Please note that lately several authors have uploaded highlighted or annotated revisions directly to AllenTrack and that it doesn't work so well. It could work as an additional upload with a "clean" version as the real revision; but doing that "off system" and directly to the Associate Editor is much better. 2 - a copy of the comments with annotations stating how you took each comment in consideration. In the case you refused to take a particular comment into consideration, explain why. |
