1 5mM NaCl, 0.17mM KCl, 0.33mM CaCl2, 0.33mM MgSO4, 10-5 % Methylene Blue. 2 E3 can be made up as a 60× stock (without Methylene Blue). The 1×medium keeps under nonsterile conditions at room temperature for over a week. 3 For 10 litres of a 60× stock solution, mix 172 g NaCl, 7.6 g KCl, 29 g CaCl2.2H2O and 49 g MgSO4.7H2O. Store stock in fridge. 4 Dilute 160ml of 60× stock in distilled H2O (dH2O) to make up 10 litres of E3 (1×), and add 30mlof 0.01% Methylene Blue as a fungicide. 这溶液怎么配的呀，不能理解啊。。。哪位大侠看的懂了，教教我啊 |
