Once you have analyzed your weak points you can create a training program to improve your skills in those areas.
For example, if you want to increase your listening comprehension you should listen to authentic resources every single day.
Get audio books, watch BBC, Sky, CNN or any other English language news channel, listen to the BBC or Voice of America, watch DVD's in the original and try to absorb as much information as possible.
After a certain period of time you will be able to listen to a short talk as they appear on the TOEIC test and answer two questions that refer to that recording.
Try to concentrate better when you read the sentences in the incomplete sentence section.
Ask yourself this question: How much time do I spend every day communicating in English?
Best wishes!!
