For the project that I mentioned, it is related to the solid-state fermentation of foodwaste. The project title is 'Development of a multi-enzyme solution for the valorisation of industrial food co-products and organic food waste from cafeteria'. The industrial sponsors for food waste are the Vitasoy Holding (HK) and Starbucks Coffee Company HK. About the requirement of candidate, it would be helpful if you are experienced in the area of fermentation (e.g. fungal and bacterial). Bachelor, master and preferably PhD graduates from Jiangnan University would be ideal for this project. CONTACT: carollin@cityu.edu.hk |

| My major is fermentation,but there is a question,I do the research about ethanol fermentation and the production of enzyme of cellulose,it is liquid fermentation,but now my research is about the conversion of ethyl levulinate from cellulose,but I am interested in your research,hope to work for you in the future.best wishes to you |
