终于回来了快半年了，帮忙点评一下审稿意见是大修还是小修？说的真含糊

Reviewer #1: This paper describes doxorubicin conjugated to biodegradable polyamino acid polymers that form nanoparticles. The paper shows some good research, but there are someopen questions.
